Cancelation policy:

We kindly ask for your understanding regarding our policy. We value your time as much as we do ours. By providing ample notice of cancellation, we can accommodate others who are on our waiting list, ensuring everyone benefits from our services.

When you schedule an in-person or Skype reading, you reserve a spot on our calendar that becomes unavailable to others. To secure your appointment, we require a 50% upfront deposit upon booking, with the remaining 50% due on the day of your appointment.

If you need to reschedule or cancel, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice before your appointment time. This allows us to adjust our schedule accordingly. Otherwise, the deposit fee will apply.
